He has led finance teams through growth, transformation, and expansion, with expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and investor relations. Ian balances financial discipline with strategic vision to support XWELL’s growth. As CFO, he oversees financial strategy and performance to ensure long-term value creation in a dynamic market. When Ian is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his kids, cooking, and fishing.
